6. Monitor agreements, addendums & rate revisions with the existing clients as and when required.
7. Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business requirements.
8. Negotiate the terms of an agreement to the maximum benefit of organization.
9. Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products & services and competitors.10. Liaison with all relevant departments for providing support to clients.
