JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.      Identify the unexplored/new market potential. Create strategic business plans to target new markets in order to expand the market share.

2.      Enhance the company image by designing exceptional client service standards.

3.      Explore and develop new customers.

4.      Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing customers.

5.      Establish effective communication with prospective clients & conduct meetings for achieving new business.

6.      Monitor agreements, addendums & rate revisions with the existing clients as and when required.

7.      Gain a clear understanding of customers’ business requirements.

8.      Negotiate the terms of an agreement to the maximum benefit of organization.

9.      Maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products & services and competitors.
